Marvel's "Age of Ultron" highlighted concerns about Killer Robots in amazing technicolor. I see that there's also an organization dedicated to banning the production of Killer Robots with a page on Facebook.
But I have to wonder if the greater danger might be less obvious. Consider these items from Inc magazine:

"Manufacturers turn to robots when the cost of using one is 15% less than employing a human, according to a study by Boston Consulting Group. . . Automakers pay human welders $25 an hour, while robot welders cost $8 an hour." p. 93
